The Bruichladdich Whisky Raffle was drawn on May 22 on the Queen Mary in Glasgow after all the tickets had been sold. The draw was made by one of a group of lawyers who were being shown around the boat at the time. To ensure there was no foul play, Ed Turner, the Puffer’s engineer, and Alistair Wood, a Puffer supporter, witnessed the draw.
The lucky winner is a passenger, initials HM, from the first cruise of the season. She has been informed of her good fortune and the whisky, worth £200, will be sent to her very soon.
Could we take this opportunity to thank all those who bought raffle tickets which has made £1000 for the Puffer.
