The Directors of the Puffer Preservation Trust are very excited to announce our first training course in traditional steam engineering on board VIC 32 this Summer! See below for more information –
What to expect?
- 5 day course in traditional steam engineering with practical & theoretical workshops
- Led by highly skilled traditional engineers
- Unique opportunity to learn on board the last steam powered vessel now operating on biofuel
What is required?
- Previous practical experience of heritage steam
- A good level of physical fitness required
- Must be over 18
- Happy to cabin share & participate in rota of boat duties
